Welcome to The Nehemiah Commission
|
The Nehemiah Commission provides preventative services for children who have been identified as having behavioral or mental health challenges. Our structured learning environment permits children to express themselves and learn a variety of skills and competencies. Academic support is also provided to all students to promote academic success according to the students individualized needs and abilities. Good citizenship character building sessions are also taught on leadership, honesty, intergrity and responsibility. Program participants learn transferable strategies and skills to engage in appropriate behaviors that can ensure success at home, in school, and in their communities. |
